SI DME Network Privacy Notice

This notice explains how SI Technologies, LLC handles information submitted to SI DME Network. Demonstration areas use fictional information and must not be used to submit real patient, customer, or protected information.
Information we handle
SI DME may handle account identifiers, organization and professional information, authentication and security events, support communications, and operational records a verified organization chooses to maintain in the service.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate users, verify organizations, provide role-controlled workspaces, operate requested features, protect the service, respond to support needs, and meet legal obligations.
Sharing and service providers
Information may be processed by infrastructure, authentication, security, communications, and artificial-intelligence providers used to operate SI DME. SI Technologies does not authorize those providers to use organization information for their own independent marketing.
Healthcare information
Do not submit protected health information unless your organization has received written confirmation that the applicable SI DME service, contracts, and configuration are approved for that use. Availability of healthcare-capable infrastructure does not by itself establish HIPAA compliance.
Security and retention
SI DME uses access controls and technical safeguards intended to protect information. No system can guarantee absolute security. Information is retained only as reasonably needed for service operation, security, legal obligations, and documented organization requirements.
Your choices
Authorized users may request access, correction, export, or deletion through their organization administrator. Requests involving organization-controlled records may require verification and approval by that organization.
Launch interest and provider applications
When you request launch updates, we store your email, selected interest, consent, and source page. Provider applications also include the business information you submit. Applications remain private and pending review; submission does not establish ownership or enrollment. Contact support to withdraw an application or remove your launch-list entry.
Optional analytics
With your permission, we count visits to predefined pages and selected navigation actions in daily totals. We do not send email addresses, search text, page query strings, or Sia conversations to this analytics system. Your preference is saved in this browser and can be changed with Analytics preferences at the bottom of marketplace pages. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control disable these counts. Temporary, daily-changing hashed network identifiers are used for abuse limits and removed after three days when new submissions are processed. Aggregate counts are retained for up to 400 days.
