SI DME Network Terms of Use

These terms govern access to SI DME Network, a service of SI Technologies, LLC. By accessing the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so and agree to use the service only for lawful business purposes.
Accounts and organizations
Each person must use an individual account and provide accurate information. Organization access is subject to verification, assigned roles, and suspension or removal when access is no longer authorized.
Permitted use
You may use SI DME for authorized organization workflows. You may not bypass security controls, access another organization’s records, introduce malicious code, misuse credentials, scrape restricted information, or interfere with the service.
Organization responsibility
Organizations are responsible for their users, permissions, submitted information, legal authority to process that information, and decisions made using the service. Users must verify equipment, pricing, payer, clinical, regulatory, and transaction information before relying on it.
Sia and generated information
Sia may generate summaries, explanations, or recommendations. Generated output can be incomplete or incorrect and is not medical, legal, financial, reimbursement, or regulatory advice. Consequential decisions require qualified human review.
Healthcare information
Protected health information may be submitted only when SI Technologies has provided written approval for the applicable service and required agreements are in effect. Public demonstration areas must never contain real protected information.
Service availability
Features may change as SI DME develops. Demonstration, beta, planned, and third-party connection labels describe capability status and do not promise availability. SI Technologies may suspend access when necessary to protect users, organizations, or the service.
DME Connect is an advertising platform, not a party to any sale
DME Connect (sidmeconnect.com) publishes classified listings and a directory of independent businesses. SI Technologies, LLC does not own, inspect, certify, warrant, deliver, or service any equipment listed, and does not hold funds, process equipment payments, or act as a party, agent, or broker in any transaction. Every sale, rental, repair, delivery, or service arrangement is solely between the buyer and the seller or provider. You are responsible for inspecting equipment, verifying its condition and suitability, confirming licenses or credentials, and agreeing terms directly with the other party. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SI Technologies, LLC disclaims all liability for equipment, listings, provider services, and transactions between users.

Sia and all other content on DME Connect provide general educational information only. SI Technologies, LLC is not a medical provider, is not licensed to practice medicine, and does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. Nothing on this service is medical, clinical, legal, financial, insurance, or regulatory advice, and using it does not create a doctor–patient or professional relationship. Always consult a qualified physician, occupational or physical therapist, or other licensed professional before choosing, buying, or using medical equipment.
