Does SIDME take a commission?
No. SIDME charges only the published listing, membership, or advertising price. It does not take a percentage of an equipment sale.
Who handles payment for equipment?
The buyer and seller arrange payment directly. SIDME is an advertising and connection platform and does not hold buyer funds or guarantee a transaction.
Can my DME business start free?
Yes. A basic directory listing is free, subject to the claim and ownership-review process.
What requires verification?
Claimed ownership and independently displayed review status require review. Exchange and Multi-Location access require a verified DME organization. Paying for Provider presentation does not purchase verification.
Can I upgrade or change plans?
Yes. Eligible organizations can change plans through their DME Workspace. Entitlements are recalculated so included directory presentation is not charged twice.
