Does SIDME take a commission?
No. SIDME charges only the published listing, membership, or advertising price. It does not take a percentage of an equipment sale.
Who handles payment for equipment?
The buyer and seller arrange payment directly. SIDME is an advertising and connection platform and does not hold buyer funds or guarantee a transaction.
Can my DME business start free?
Yes. A basic directory listing is free, subject to the claim and ownership-review process.
What requires verification?
Claimed ownership and independently displayed review status require review. Exchange and Multi-Location access require a verified DME organization. Paying for Provider presentation does not purchase verification.
Can I upgrade or change plans?
Yes. Eligible organizations can change plans through their DME Workspace. Entitlements are recalculated so included directory presentation is not charged twice.

DME Outlet welcomes eligible new clearance, unused open-box and clearly labeled demo equipment. Submit a public listing for review; approved items count toward your existing listing capacity with no extra Outlet listing fee. Dealer-to-dealer prices are set and negotiated by sellers, not a guaranteed discount supplied by SIDME.
Full Dealer Access also includes newsletter subscription and Career access when those services become available. News and employer tools are not open yet; this does not activate job posting or newsletter delivery.
